Handmade To Love

I have been sculpting and making pottery for the last six years and have fallen in love with the creative process. Something magical happens when I sit down on a pottery wheel and dig my hands into clay. While I enjoy creating pottery, I also teach high school and enjoy painting. Being an educator brings me great joy. I love to help others find a love for this ancient craft. On my off time I love to paint and have participated in multiple shows. While I love creating graphic ceramic pieces my paintings and digital work are often ancestors or family members. No matter what I am creating it is made with passion and love for the craft. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing someone eat out of a bowl I have made or hang my work on a wall.
